All children fancy having their own special place to foster their daydreams. What better place to create those visions than your very own playhouse? William Lyon Homes is proud to be participating in its 21st Annual Project Playhouse and are delighted to present “Victorian Surprise.”

This playhouse’s charismatic Victorian Craftsman Architecture will accentuate any home and garden. The quality and craftsmanship are reflected in the striking wood framed details and rich exterior accents. The picturesque stained windows invite you to the delights within.

There are designer touches throughout. The décor is spacious coo airy and perfect for an afternoon of play. You will find yourself surrounded by a wonderful fireplace hand crafted wood cabinetry unique tufted finished walls gleaming countertops with a stainless steel sink and faucet and a wrap-around custom staircase leading to a comfy and cozy loft. The flat screen TV with DVD above the fireplace and an iPod hook-up provide hours of entertainment.
