REDC welcomes broker participation! Commercial Brokers representing winning Bidders will be eligible for a co-op broker fee from the Broker representing the Seller. A commission will be based on the Winning Bid Amount, and will be paid to Registered Brokers/Agents whose client(s) successfully purchase a property and close escrow. See individual Property Information tabs for further broker co-op broker fee allocation details to qualify, make sure your broker or agent pre-registers with REDC as a 'Registered Broker' at least 24 hours prior to the Online Auction.
