REDC does not offer financing through preferred lenders for Notes transactions. REDC highly recommends that qualified bidders contact your real estate broker, the seller, your mortgage banker and/or direct third-party lending sources in order to arrange for financing prior to the auction event.

To Bid You Must Have

A $10,000* cashier’s check (made payable to yourself), wire** or cash for each property purchase.

|
Cash, wire or company check to pay the balance of the required 10% Earnest Money Deposit due on auction day. A 10% Earnest Money Deposit is required on each additional property purchased. The earnest money deposit must be in the form of cash, wire, certified check or bank/cashier’s check. Credit cards are not generally accepted.

Valid photo identification for all parties involved in the transaction, issued by a governmental agency (driver’s license, passport, etc).

** Bidders may be allowed to wire deposit funds to a predetermined trust account 48 hours prior to the auction for the auction day deposit. For the winning Bidder, the remaining earnest money deposit may be wired to a predetermined trust account within 48 hours after auction day.
