Rob Friedman
Chairman and Principal

Rob Friedman is the Chairman and a founding principal of Auction.com, LLC. Truly the visionary of this dynamic company, Rob's exceptional business instinct and experience has shown a path to success amidst some of the nation's most difficult economic times, having been intimately involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Rob is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and surveying the business landscape for growth opportunities. Rob is a qualified Auctioneer and the author of the book, The Auction Revolution.

Jim Corum
President

A 21-year retired Marine, Jim joined Auction.com in 2003. Jim's strategic vision and organizational executive skill set has helped position Auction.com at the forefront of the global auction market.

Tom Iovenittti
Executive Vice President, Residential Division

Tom joined Auction.com in the later part of 2011 to lead the company’s growing customer to customer (C2C) residential division.

He has over two decades experience in the real estate industry and served most recently as head of business development for Surterre Properties, a luxury real estate brokerage in Newport Beach. In this capacity, he directed the company’s expansion into luxury markets in South Orange County, California.

Prior, Iovenitti was president & chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Orange County and Desert Area communities, running the daily operations of 17 offices and over 1,200 associates, including its luxury real estate marketing division.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Tom Iovenitti lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Gina, and their four children.
