To Bid You Must Have

arrow Your $2,500 or $5,000 cashier's check (depending on the auction event) made payable to yourself, or cash, and a personal checkbook. (A $5,000 or $10,000 cashier's check is needed to purchase each additional property, amount depending on auction event.)
arrow A photo identification issued by a government agency (driver's license, passport, etc.)
arrow A personal check or sufficient amount of cash to pay the balance of your 5% Earnest
Money Deposit. (15% Earnest Money Deposit is required for each additional property.)
