Auction.com is proud to announce that Ali Haralson has been named co-CEO of Auction.com and appointed to the Board of Directors. She will serve alongside Jason Allnutt, formalizing a leadership partnership that has helped guide the company for several years.
As president, Haralson has held a broad role across the business, with responsibility spanning operations, business development, client relationships, and culture. Her appointment as co-CEO and board member brings her title into line with that role.

Moving to a co-CEO structure reflects how we have been leading the business and positions us well for what comes next,” said Allnutt.
Shared leadership by design
Haralson and Allnutt have led the business with complementary strengths and shared accountability. The co-CEO model gives formal expression to an operating reality already in place across Auction.com and reflects the effectiveness of that partnership as the company continues to grow.
