From time to time, Auction.com (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) may be required by law to provide you with certain written notices or disclosures. This Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (“Disclosure”) outlines the terms for receiving such notices and disclosures electronically via our system, consistent with applicable law. Please read this Disclosure carefully and confirm your consent by checking the box next to “I agree to use electronic records and signatures” before clicking “CONTINUE” below.

Electronic Delivery: Unless you opt out as described below, we will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, and other documents electronically, including through our site and/or email. This includes documents related to your transactions with Auction.com, such as auction agreements or terms of use. You agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement for written communication.

Right to Paper Copies: You may request paper copies of any electronic document at no charge. During a signing session, you can download or print documents. You can also request electronic or paper copies at any time, by emailing customerservice@auction.com with your full name, email address, U.S. postal address, and telephone number, specifying the documents needed.

Withdrawing or Declining Consent: You may decline to provide your consent, or withdraw your previously granted consent to receive electronic notices and disclosures at any time by:

  1. Declining to sign a document in Auction.com and declining to check the box providing your consent to do so; or
  2. Emailing customerservice@auction.com and/or calling 800-280-2832 and providing us with your full name, email address, U.S. postal address, telephone number, and a statement withdrawing a previously given consent.

Declining to provide consent or withdrawing your previously given consent means current and future notices will be sent in paper format via U.S. mail, which may delay transactions or services, as we must first send and then receive acknowledgment from you of paper notices. You will no longer be able to use Auction.com’s electronic signature system to receive or sign documents electronically, until you provide consent again.

Updating Contact Information: To update your contact information, including email address, for receiving electronic notices and disclosures, email customerservice@auction.com and/or call 800-280-2832 and provide us with your full name, previous email address, and new email address, or update it directly in your Auction.com account preferences. You may be asked to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account and selections.

Hardware and Software Requirements: To access electronic documents, you just need a device with an internet connection. These requirements may change over time. Contact us if you encounter accessibility issues.

Consent Confirmation: By checking “I agree to use electronic records and signatures,” you confirm that:

  • You can access and read this Disclosure electronically.
  • You can print or save this Disclosure for future reference or email it to an address where you can do so.
  • You consent to receive all required notices and disclosures exclusively electronically from Auction.com, unless you withdraw consent as described above.
