Qualifying is easy with the Auction.com app. On the mobile app, you can either tap on “Qualify for a Remote Bid,” in the app settings or on the property details page. We recommend you start the process at least 2 days before the auction to ensure you have enough time to fund your account so that you can place Remote Bids before an auction starts and on auction day.
You can attend the live auction in person and bid there.
Funding is simple on the Auction.com app. A bank wire is required into your escrow deposit account, as explained in the Bidder Escrow Agreement. Your funds must be received by 2 p.m. (EST) on the day before the auction. To add more funds, you can send another wire transfer using the same instructions.
It will depend on your phone’s operating system. If you have an Android device, it will be in the “More” tab in the app. If you have an iPhone, it will be in the settings section of the app.

Yes, but we recommend you place your bid in advance to ensure it is received. You can watch the bidding unfold on the day of the auction on the app and increase your bid live.
You can leave your funds for future auctions or withdraw funds from your account within the app or on a PC by visiting http://www.auction.com/fundwithdrawal and following the instructions. Funds can be returned as quickly as 2 business days. Please use the same name, address, email address, and Bidder ID that matches your Auction.com account. Also, please use your routing number for wire transfers; your regular ACH routing number will be rejected resulting in a new form submission.
After winning a property, the listed trustee or foreclosure attorney firm on your Certificate of Sale Receipt is your point of contact. The trustee or firm will finalize the sale and send the deed to the address in your selected purchase profile. We recommend waiting until you receive your deed before attempting to take procession of the home. The deed should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks (in most states).
