Jason is CEO of Auction.com. He oversees all aspects of the company, including business development, operations, marketing and technology.

Prior to joining Auction.com, Jason served as the executive in charge of credit operations for Fannie Mae from 2004 through 2009. His responsibilities included underwriting, servicing and real estate management.

Prior to his position at Fannie Mae, Jason served as the vice president of default administration for GMAC ResCap. He is a graduate of UCLA and resides in California with his wife and four children.

A servicing industry veteran, Ali is Auction.com’s  president. She oversees sales, operations, and the business development of the auction platform. Ali partners with clients to optimize programs to return homes to the market faster, ensure the preservation of home ownership, and enhance neighborhood stabilization.

Her profound understanding of client needs has helped spearhead revolutionary products that reduce friction in the distressed property market place and produce better outcomes for our clients, buyers, distressed homeowners, and  communities we serve.

Ali, who has over 20 years of experience in servicing, most recently served as the chief business development officer. She is also a founding member of VFSAC and currently serves as its vice chair person. Before Auction.com, Ali was the co-founder of Specialized Loan Servicing.

As the Chief Legal Officer at Auction.com, George oversees the company’s legal, regulatory, vendor management, contracting, and informational security operations. He and his team are responsible for myriad corporate issues, including legal, regulatory, M&A, employment, risk, and transactional matters.

By effectively collaborating within the company, he finds legally compliant and regulatorily sound solutions to propel the business forward. He and his team are integral to the support and development of industry-changing programs and company initiatives.

George has received the HousingWire Rising Star Award, the Commitment to Excellence Award, and multiple Auction.com Impact Player and Game Changer awards.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as editor of The Texas Bank Lawyer.

As Chief Business Officer, Joe oversees Business Development and Online Operations, including maintaining and creating new client relationships, helping Auction.com to maintain its position as the market leader, and optimizing the online platform’s capacity to execute at speed during and through a unique real estate cycle.

Prior to Auction.com, Cutrona spent 10 years with Xome as its Division President/Senior Vice President, overseeing residential real estate listings and building their online auction marketplace, asset management solutions, and mortgage servicing default liquidation strategies. He also worked at Core Logic and United Western Bank.

As the Chief Experience Officer at Auction.com, Mike Kilander oversees the Product, Buyer Marketing, and the Buyer Experience teams. In this new role, he fosters collaboration and strategic alignment in supporting the experiences of Auction.com buyers and bidders.

He brings extensive experience in driving business growth, leading digital transformations, and fostering strategic excellence in both B2C and B2B companies. His expertise spans multiple industries, with both public and private companies, including emerging startups, strategic consulting, and the U.S. military. His most recent roles include COO of a medical device company in Pasadena, CA, and GM of a SW/data business (w/Experian) in London.

Mike lives in Southern California with his wife, Lori, and has three grown boys. Now empty nesters, MIke and Lori spend most of their time traveling or making travel preparations.

Mike holds degrees from Princeton (MPA) and Notre Dame (BA, International Affairs).

With over 30 years of invaluable financial services and real estate expertise, David Osborn is Auction.com’s Chief Financial Officer. David’s extensive experience and strategic foresight position him to lead Auction.com toward new heights and capitalize on emerging opportunities.  
  
Before his tenure at Auction.com, David held similar executive positions at Carrington Mortgage Holdings and Accredited Home Lenders. His academic credentials include a BBA and MSEL degree from the University of San Diego and an MSBA degree from San Diego State University, with concentrations in economics, finance, and leadership. Moreover, he is a certified public accountant licensed in California.  
  
David’s dedication to excellence extends beyond his professional endeavors. Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children and passionately supports his favorite sports teams, particularly San Diego State University’s football and basketball teams.   

Varma, Senior Vice President of product, Leads Auction.com’s product and design teams, shaping and leading the company’s product strategy and roadmap.

Varma leads visionary product methodologies, prioritization, and strategies that generate long-term strategic value. He is also helping to drive the Auction.com platform and model the cross functional teams that innovate at scale and increase customer value.

Previously Varma worked at Fannie Mae, where he served in an executive leadership position and led the digital products function for one of their divisions in single-family, which included servicing, loss mitigation, and REO business areas. He was instrumental in the build out of several new innovative products and services that simplified customer experience throughout the servicing journey.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mirza leads Auction.com’s Systems Architecture, Cloud/Infrastructure, and Engineering teams. His teams partner closely with our Product/Marketing/Operations teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Mirza has over 20 years of tech, driving key initiatives by promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. He is passionate about building and leading high-performing tech teams with the aim of developing a culture focused on driving customer value, operational excellence, and continuous improvement/innovation.

Prior to Auction.com, Mirza was the SVP of Engineering at Experian, leading its Direct-to-Consumer practice. His previous roles also include leadership positions at Amazon.

Kelly, Senior Vice President of Buyer Experience, helps Auction.com buyers feel empowered and confident to transact within the Auction.com marketplace by providing customer support and education throughout the entire buying process.

Throughout her decade-long tenure at Auction.com, Kelly has worked with many of our bank clients, first through the growth and transformation of our Business Development team, and then by strengthening the Portfolio Management group, all with an eye toward helping our clients achieve the result of maximizing their disposition strategy while minimizing financial losses.

Prior to joining Auction.com in 2012 as its Vice President of Client Management, she worked as a Vice President at Bank of America and a Sales Manager at Fannie Mae.

Steve, Executive Vice President of Foreclosure Auction Services and a 2022 HousingWire Vanguard Award Winner, is a transformational executive who pioneered the way foreclosures sales were priced, marketed, and auctioned during the 2008 downturn.

Today, he is continuing to innovate and improve outcomes in foreclosure through the development and introduction of key buyer enablement tools and services that have made a meaningful difference to Auction.com and the industry it serves.

Under Steve’s leadership, the Auction.com Foreclosure Auction Service Division has not only continued to innovate via technologies such as AuctionSyncTM and Foreclosure Remote BidTM, but also dramatically increased the company’s foreclosure auctioneering footprint through efforts focused on managing government affairs, engaging with state legislatures, and creating new strategic relationships among key state and county-level stakeholders.
